Financial Aid by ONGC

During the last Convocation our Guest of Honor Mr. R. S.
Sharma, CMD ONGC India’s number 1 Navrattan Corporate had
announced that ONGC will have greater associations with UPES.
Following this Mr. D. K. Pandey Director (Exploration &
Production) in consultation Schlumberger India Corpus
decided to contribute in cash and kind for the development
of the University, the residual proceeds of ONGC
Schlumberger JRC.
Continuing this Mr. S. V. Rao, Executive Director
(Exploration & Production Unit) handed over the cheque of
over Rs. 85 lakhs to Dr. S. J. Chopra, Chancellor,
University of Petroleum & Energy Studies
